Terms and conditions for company addresses and domicile services

1. Subject matter

The lessor provides the lessee with the business address at Zürcherstrasse 84, 8852 Altendorf, Switzerland, for use as a company address in accordance with the offer booked.

Office space, workstations or other infrastructure are only part of the contract if expressly agreed in writing.

2. Permitted use

• The address may only be used for the company or use agreed in the contract.
• Transfer to third parties or affiliated companies requires prior written consent.
• Impermissible, unlawful or defamatory uses are excluded.

3. Mail receipt and forwarding

The lessee ensures that items can be properly received or forwarded. Unless otherwise agreed, mail handling follows the package booked, the agreed additional services and the fees shown in each case.

4. Remuneration

The prices and payment intervals shown for the respective company address offer apply. Additional costs for shipping, special services or individual orders are charged separately unless otherwise agreed.

5. Liability and indemnification

The lessor is not liable for the business activities, obligations or legal transactions of the lessee. The lessee indemnifies the lessor against third-party claims insofar as these are attributable to use of the company address in breach of contract or in an abusive or unlawful manner.

6. Data protection and confidentiality

Personal data is treated confidentially and processed in accordance with applicable data protection law.

7. Term and termination

The term depends on the model booked or the individual agreement. Ordinary and extraordinary rights of termination are governed by the contract, the offer and statutory requirements.

After the end of the contract, the lessee is obliged to stop using the company address and to update the required entries or publications in good time.

8. Dispute resolution, applicable law and place of jurisdiction

1. In the event of differences of opinion or disputes arising from or in connection with this contract, the parties shall endeavour to reach an amicable settlement.
2. If no agreement can be reached within 30 days of written notification of the dispute by one party, the parties undertake to carry out conciliation proceedings before bringing the matter to the ordinary courts.
3. The conciliation proceedings shall be conducted before the competent state conciliation authority at the place of jurisdiction agreed in paragraph 4 below.
4. Subject to mandatory statutory provisions, Swiss law applies exclusively. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Altendorf, Switzerland.
