Art. 3 para. 1 let. s of the Swiss Unfair Competition Act (UCA) requires clear information on identity, contact address and email for offers made in electronic commerce. The permitted use of our address depends on the package you book.
Registered office and c/o
A registered legal entity must be reachable at the legal domicile of its seat. If the address of another person is used, it must be entered with c/o and a domicile holder declaration must be filed. A mere P.O. box is not sufficient.
Postal power of attorney and data protection
We open or scan items only with your written postal power of attorney and a corresponding instruction; otherwise they remain unopened. Processing follows documented instructions and a data protection agreement.
