General terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all contracts between JL Consulting Group GmbH and customers for the services offered on adresse-mieten.ch.

2. Subject matter

The subject of the contract is the provision of a business or legal-notice address and optional additional services such as mail receipt, scans, forwarding or public landing pages, in accordance with the package booked.

3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the services on the website does not constitute a binding offer. A contract is concluded as soon as a booking is confirmed, activated or the service is provided.

4. Prices and payment

The prices shown on the website at the time of booking or individually agreed conditions apply. Recurring services are billed in advance according to the chosen term or according to the agreed payment model.

5. Customer obligations

• The address provided may only be used within the agreed scope and for permitted purposes.
• Customers ensure that their details are complete, current and correct.
• Customers remain responsible for the content of their own websites, profiles, landing pages and mandatory disclosures.
• Abusive, misleading or unlawful use of the address is prohibited.

6. Provision of services

The scope and availability of the services depend on the package chosen. We are entitled to use suitable service providers to perform individual services.

7. Term and termination

The contract term depends on the billing model booked. Cancellations, upgrades or downgrades take place in accordance with the conditions shown in the customer account or by individual agreement.

In the event of serious breaches or suspected abusive use, the service may be temporarily suspended or terminated extraordinarily.

8. Liability

We are liable within the scope of the statutory provisions. Liability for slight negligence, loss of profit, indirect damage or damage caused by abusive use by customers is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Data protection

Information on the processing of personal data can be found in the privacy policy.

10. Dispute resolution, applicable law and place of jurisdiction

1. In the event of differences of opinion or disputes arising from or in connection with this contract, the parties shall endeavour to reach an amicable settlement.
2. If no agreement can be reached within 30 days of written notification of the dispute by one party, the parties undertake to carry out conciliation proceedings before bringing the matter to the ordinary courts.
3. The conciliation proceedings shall be conducted before the competent state conciliation authority at the place of jurisdiction agreed in paragraph 4 below.
4. Subject to mandatory statutory provisions, Swiss law applies exclusively. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Altendorf, Switzerland.

11. Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
